(Separate cab required) You cannot miss the ride of Gondola in Gulmarg, which is one of the highest cable rope car in the world and will include a halt at Kongdoori and Afarwat. The glaciers of khilanmerg and Afarwat will leave you enthralled and cast a mark on your memory. Satiated with the day of amusement, retire back to hotel for overnight stay.

A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. Leave from your hotel refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Sonmarg. You should visit Thajwas glacier. You will have to use ponies to reach the glacier. You should also visit fish point in Sonmarg for a small boat ride and zorbing ball. If you have a nick for water and heights then white water rafting and trekking is a must in Sonmarg. Check in your houseboat for your night stay, Appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

The name "doodpathri" means Valley of Milk. It is said that the famous saint of Kashmir Sheikh ul Aalam Sheikh Noor din Noorani has prayed here and once when he was in search of water in the meadows, to offer prayers, he pricked the ground with his stick to search for water and milk came out. He asked the milk that you can only be used for drinking and not performing ablution. Hearing this milk at once changed its state to water and the meadow got its name Doodpathri. The water which is at present flowing through the meadows has a milky appearance from the distance and remains very cold throughout the year
